Job summary

Unified is a leading provider of paid social advertising services seeking an Account Coordinator to support campaign execution and client relations. You will work within a fast-growing team to analyze data, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns with a focus on efficiency and impact.

You will collaborate with Account Managers, test internal tech, and contribute to ongoing process improvements in a dynamic environment. Remote work is available with NY location considerations.

Qualifications

• Analytical, organized and able to balance a variety of tasks.
• Comfortable doing basic math and working with numbers.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Strong communication skills with internal teams and clients.
• Proactive problem solving with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pulling platform data and preparing client/internal reports.
• Analyze campaign performance across social platforms and programmatic DSP/SSP tools.
• Support client relations as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts.
• Design and refine operational processes for efficiency and quality.
• Beta test internal tools and provide actionable feedback.
• Participate in regular trainings and team meetings.
• Ensure client goals are met through proactive management and optimization.
