Job summary

DEPT® is seeking an Account Coordinator, Paid Social, to provide essential production support for the account team. You will build and launch Paid Social campaigns, manage tasks, traffic creative assets, and produce performance reports while supporting testing initiatives.

Collaborate with internal teams, attend client meetings, and take detailed notes for follow-ups. You’ll work with channels like Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, and Snapchat, contributing to ongoing optimization

Qualifications

• 6 months’ paid social experience (Facebook ads a must, TikTok and Snapchat a bonus) with budgeting, bidding, and testing methodology.
• Desire to quickly learn and master social channels.
• Proven prior work experience in a production-oriented or similar role.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, text-to-columns).
• High level of independence, curiosity, and desire to grow responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement Paid Social campaigns by assembling plans and objectives, creating schedules, organizing and reporting data.
• Collect, analyze and process large amounts of data.
• Manage workflow to ensure timely delivery on projects.
• Craft clear internal and external communications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet team and client needs.
• Maintain working knowledge of Paid Social channels (Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat).
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and recommend optimizations.
