  • Improve seller productivity by reducing operational workload and streamlining account support.
  • Help ensure campaigns launch successfully, deliver as expected, and exceed client expectations.
  • Proactively identify operational inefficiencies and opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows, and enhance the overall seller and client experience.
Responsibilities
Sales Support & Pre‑Sale Coordination

  • Assist in developing client presentations and customizing approved sales materials.
  • Support account planning activities through prospect research and competitive intelligence.
  • Maintain Salesforce opportunities, account records, and pipeline information.
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and other sales logistics.
  • Partner with Sales Planning on inventory availability, targeting recommendations, and budget scenarios.
Client Intelligence & Strategic Account Support
  • Monitor assigned clients for business updates, earnings announcements, product launches, competitive activity, and marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare pre‑meeting briefs that summarize relevant client news, campaign history, and strategic opportunities.
  • Proactively identify risks, growth opportunities, and industry trends to support client conversations.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of each client's planning cycles, business priorities, and annual marketing calendar.
Campaign Management & Client Success
  • Coordinate campaign launches and ensure smooth internal handoffs across teams.
  • Monitor campaign pacing and delivery while coordinating optimization requests and campaign changes.
  • Coordinate reporting, measurement studies, attribution requests, and proof‑of‑performance deliverables.
  • Ensure alignment among Sales, Ad Operations, Analytics, and other internal stakeholders throughout campaign execution.
  • Support ongoing client communication and help resolve campaign‑related issues.
Creative & Project Management
  • Coordinate creative asset collection, trafficking, approvals, and version control.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestone tracking.
  • Partner with Creative, Operations, and Commercial Enablement teams to ensure timely execution.
Post‑Sale Support & Account Growth
  • Prepare campaign recap presentations, wrap reports, and performance summaries.
  • Track renewals and identify potential upsell and cross‑sell opportunities for Sales partners.
  • Coordinate billing inquiries and invoice follow‑up.
  • Provide ongoing administrative and operational support across assigned accounts.

Other duties as assigned.
