Position Details
This role is intended to begin as an independent contractor engagement with the goal of transitioning into a full‑time position at GSTV. It offers both hybrid and remote work situations; candidates located within commutable distance to our New York office will be tagged to that office and are not currently considered 100% remote.
Summary
GSTV is seeking an organized, proactive, and customer‑focused Account Manager to support our Sales organization and help deliver exceptional client experiences. Serving as a key founding team member in our Customer Success team, this role provides pre‑sale, campaign execution, and post‑sale support across a portfolio of accounts while ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and clients.

- Become a trusted partner to the Sales organization by developing strong cross‑functional relationships.
- Take ownership of key administrative, proposal, and campaign coordination responsibilities.
- Improve seller productivity by reducing operational workload and streamlining account support.
- Help ensure campaigns launch successfully, deliver as expected, and exceed client expectations.
- Proactively identify operational inefficiencies and opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows, and enhance the overall seller and client experience.
Responsibilities
Sales Support & Pre‑Sale Coordination
- Coordinate RFP responses and proposal development in partnership with Sales, Sales Planning, and Commercial Enablement.
- Assist in developing client presentations and customizing approved sales materials.
- Support account planning activities through prospect research and competitive intelligence.
- Maintain Salesforce opportunities, account records, and pipeline information.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and other sales logistics.
- Partner with Sales Planning on inventory availability, targeting recommendations, and budget scenarios.
Client Intelligence & Strategic Account Support
- Monitor assigned clients for business updates, earnings announcements, product launches, competitive activity, and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare pre‑meeting briefs that summarize relevant client news, campaign history, and strategic opportunities.
- Proactively identify risks, growth opportunities, and industry trends to support client conversations.
- Maintain a strong understanding of each client’s planning cycles, business priorities, and annual marketing calendar.
Campaign Management & Client Success
- Coordinate campaign launches and ensure smooth internal handoffs across teams.
- Monitor campaign pacing and delivery while coordinating optimization requests and campaign changes.
- Coordinate reporting, measurement studies, attribution requests, and proof‑of‑performance deliverables.
- Ensure alignment among Sales, Ad Operations, Analytics, and other internal stakeholders throughout campaign execution.
- Support ongoing client communication and help resolve campaign‑related issues.
Creative & Project Management
- Coordinate creative asset collection, trafficking, approvals, and version control.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestone tracking.
- Partner with Creative, Operations, and Commercial Enablement teams to ensure timely execution.
- Prepare campaign recap presentations, wrap reports, and performance summaries.
- Track renewals and identify potential upsell and cross‑sell opportunities for Sales partners.
- Coordinate billing inquiries and invoice follow‑up.
- Provide ongoing administrative and operational support across assigned accounts.
Post‑Sale Support & Account Growth
- Prepare campaign recap presentations, wrap reports, and performance summaries.
- Track renewals and identify potential upsell and cross‑sell opportunities for Sales partners.
- Coordinate billing inquiries and invoice follow‑up.
- Provide ongoing administrative and operational support across assigned accounts.
Requirements
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT).
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting advertising sales organizations or media companies.
- Exposure to Salesforce or another CRM platform.
- Familiarity with campaign delivery, media planning, or advertising operations workflows.
- Understanding of digital media, programmatic advertising, retail media, video advertising, or related industries.
- Experience working with campaign measurement, attribution, or analytics partners.
Education and/or Experience
Education:
- BA/BS degree from a leading US or International university and/or equivalent years of experience.
Experience:
- 1–2 years of professional experience or relevant internship experience in one or more of the following:
- Media sales support
- Account Management or Customer Success
- Sales Operations
- Advertising, media, or marketing services
- Note: This role may require some travel based on the needs of the business, including the geographical location of clients and/or selected candidate.
Pay Range: 60,000 - 80,000 USD per year (Remote); 60,000 - 80,000 USD per year (NY Office)
