M Booth & Associates is seeking an Account Coordinator for the Consumer Brands team in the tri-state area. You will support two leading consumer brands by executing integrated PR campaigns that include earned media, influencer collaborations, and creative activations.

Responsabilidades

• Support two leading consumer brands by executing integrated PR campaigns that include earned media, influencer, and creative activations.
• Build and maintain media lists using industry tools; begin developing relationships with key media contacts; craft pitches and secure coverage; coordinate media product requests and sendouts.
• Build curated influencer rosters aligned with campaign objectives, track deliverables, and manage relationships with team guidance.
• Serve as the team coordinator: schedule internal/client calls, set agendas, and circulate detailed recaps; manage client folders, media trackers, and shared drive.
• Monitor earned media daily and update coverage tracker; merchandise notable coverage and flag breaking client, competitor, or crisis-related news; support monthly and programmatic reporting.
• Proactively communicate project status, progress, roadblocks, and capacity with managers and integrated team leads; contribute to a positive, collaborative environment.
• Conduct research to support campaign development and new business opportunities; monitor industry news; build understanding of the communications landscape.
