Responsibilities

• Monitor agronomy sales with existing and prospective customers.
• Update and maintain customer licenses and permits in Landus systems.
• Ensure accurate product invoicing and timely application of payments.
• Maintain farm splits, field plans, and key account details.
• Create and manage Landus work orders to support deliveries and services.
• Prepare and verify invoices within 48 hours.
• Assist customers with billing inquiries and staff with billing questions.
• Support inventory control of agronomic products and office supplies.
• Coordinate grain settlement documents and scale operations when needed.
• Collaborate on community events and Harvest-season activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety policies.
