Job summary

Griffin360 is seeking an Account Coordinator to join our team and deliver meaningful media results for B2B and consumer tech clients. You will work across media relations, content development, pitch ideation, and day-to-day account management from day one.

You will pitch media, communicate with several client teams, and develop creative PR angles while identifying opportunities for industry recognition. The role is hybrid with expectations to be in Manhattan 2x weekly.

Qualifications

• Internship experience in public relations or related field.
• Solid writing skills, as shown by samples.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, English or related field; 2026 grads welcome.

Griffin360 is looking for our next Account Coordinator to join our team and help generate meaningful media results for some of the most innovative companies across B2B and consumer technology.

As an Account Coordinator, you’ll be an active member of multiple client teams from day one, with hands-on experience across media relations, content development, pitch ideation and day-to-day account management.

Our account coordinator will:

• Pitch media and maintain relationships with key outlets
• Work directly with 5-6 client teams to communicate progress and updates
• Develop creative PR ideas and media angles that generate meaningful results for clients
• Identify new ways to get our clients publicly recognized through speaking opportunities and award programs
• Track media coverage, industry news and trends relevant to our clients
• Manage and mentor a team of 1-2 interns

Qualifications include:

• Internship experience in public relations or a related field
• Solid writing skills, as proven by supplied samples
• A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English or a related field; 2026 graduates are welcome to apply
• An interest in technology; learning about and talking about tech will be a vital part of every day at griffin360
• Must be located in or willing to commute to Manhattan office 2x a week (this is a hybrid position).
