Account Consultant - Remote Opportunity - Flood Experience Required

Join us for the Account Consultant - Remote Opportunity - Flood Experience Required role at Lensa.

PRIMARY PURPOSE: To manage a claim caseload of basic to highly complex claims within granted authority level, including related financial implications, and to mentor Account Representatives and Account Specialists.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Utilize special account instructions to obtain customer information and adhere to instructions; coordinate specialized services such as subrogation, fraud evaluation, or case management review to resolve claims.
2. Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers and coworkers; communicate effectively and timely.
3. Mentor and coach account representatives and specialists; facilitate team discussions.
4. Investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims; identify potential problems or trends and take corrective actions.
5. Interpret medical reports and legal information to assess claims and insurance coverage accurately.
6. Review client files and collaborate with the team to analyze claims strategies and emerging trends.
7. Manage litigation proactively in conjunction with client requirements; work with legal representatives to resolve claims.
8. Ensure compliance and optimal outcomes by minimizing financial liability and adhering to jurisdictional requirements.
9. Monitor reports and document compliance with key jurisdictional requirements; assist in tracking team tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree preferred; state adjuster licenses required.
• Six (6) years of related experience or equivalent.
• Legal and jurisdictional knowledge, strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & OTHER DETAILS:
