Job summary

Superior Auto Inc. is seeking an Account Representative in Kokomo, IN to deliver outstanding customer service and to drive proactive collections. The role emphasizes building lasting relationships with customers and maintaining professional communication to support team success.

You will operate with a base hourly rate, plus performance-based incentives, within dealership hours Monday–Friday 9 am–6 pm and Saturday 9 am–4 pm. PTO, health benefits, and retirement options are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of customer service or collections experience.
• Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record (minimal moving violations in the last three years).
