Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

The Opportunity:

We're looking for a Junior ABM/ABX Marketer to join our high-impact growth team. This is an ideal launchpad role if you're early in your B2B career and want to learn how marketing and sales truly align to drive results.

You’ll be part strategist, part outbound tactician—working closely with sales to target high-value accounts and helping us scale personalized engagement campaigns that move the needle.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with sales to identify ICP accounts for 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM/ABX campaigns
  • Execute personalized outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to key decision-makers
  • Customize messaging and assets for different personas across buying committees
  • Coordinate campaign calendars with content, product marketing, and demand gen
  • Track performance and engagement data, turning insights into optimization strategies
  • Keep CRM and outreach platforms updated with accurate activity and lead status
  • Test new tools, tactics, and outreach strategies—we want your creativity

What You Bring:

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B marketing, SDR, or sales enablement (internships welcome)
  • Solid writing and communication skills—can you personalize without sounding like a robot?
  • Curiosity about ABM, buyer personas, and GTM strategy
  • Proactive mindset: You’re not afraid to pick up the phone or test a new outreach angle
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong Engage is a plus
  • Coachable, detail-oriented, and ready to build a high-leverage skillset
  • Work alongside some of the best B2B marketers in the industry
  • Get hands-on experience with both outbound and strategic marketing
  • Build real-world skills that open doors in ABM, demand gen, and sales
