Ricky Sanchez State Farm Agency in Winter Park, FL is seeking an Account Associate to support the sales process and client communications. You will handle inbound/outbound interactions, coordinate mailings and texts, and help keep operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to obtain the necessary licenses. This role offers 40 hours per week with occasional Saturdays and a path for internal growth, plus performance-based bonus and training

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As an Account Associate with Ricky Sanchez State Farm Agency, you will focus on activities that assist the team in acquiring & retaining new business. A candidate who is an ideal fit will pay very close attention to detail, will be disciplined in doing repeatable tasks, yet flexible enough to take on different activities. You will need to actively communicate with your peers quickly and effectively. Your job will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the agency’s sales processes.
