Job summary

State Farm Agent in Springdale, AR is seeking an Account Associate to support daily operations, grow the agency through client relationships, and act as a liaison between customers and internal departments.

You will manage client accounts, assist with policy changes, process claims, and coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Bilingual Spanish preferred; insurance experience is a plus; compensation ranges from $50,000 to $75,000 per year.
