Role Description

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Wayne Midro - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
• Build Trust with Customers through Reliable Quality service
• Help Agency achieve Growth Goals by focusing on customer needs and providing solutions for customers
• Assist customer inquiries in person, over the phone, via email, and text message.
• Money Handling, taking customer payments.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field can help boost starting base salary.
• Detail oriented with strong work ethic
• Ability to multi-task and follow up for Quality control and Excellent customer service delivery

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
