I opened our agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of 11. Before joining State Farm, I worked alongside my mother—she is also a State Farm agent—so I learned early that success is built on customer service, community involvement, and consistent execution. Role Description

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community.
