As an Account Associate at The Hale Agencies, you play a vital role in our daily operations and customer success. Your responsibilities include growing our agency through meaningful client relationships and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You will help improve our customers' lives by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
