Job summary

Hannah Hoskins State Farm in Mount Washington, KY is seeking an Account Associate to support daily operations and grow the agency through meaningful customer relations. You will act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, and proactively market relevant products and services.

As an attentive, sales-minded professional, you will handle customer accounts, assist with policy changes, process claims, and coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications

We've been proudly serving the community for 9 years and currently have a team of 10. I began my career with State Farm as a team member and spent six years in that role before opening my own agency.

I'm a graduate of University of Kentucky, married, and a proud parent to a two-year-old son.
