Job summary

Kandiss Ecton - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Associate to support daily operations, nurture customer relationships, and assist with policy services and underwriting coordination.

You will growth the agency by proactively contacting clients, processing changes, and coordinating with teams to ensure timely policy issuance, claims, and exceptional service. This role emphasizes teamwork and client-focused care.

• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Now in her eighth year as a successful State Farm agent, Kandiss brings a unique background to her role in risk management, with a bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science and a decade of experience in the ER of a Level 1 Trauma Center. While she once witnessed the limitations of her team’s ability to help patients, Kandiss now dedicates herself to helping customers proactively protect against the unexpected.
