Caleb Cyprian - State Farm Agent is hiring an Account Associate to help grow the office through strong customer relations and day-to-day operations. You will act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, promoting relevant products and services.

You will manage customer accounts, assist with policy changes, process claims, and coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance, supporting a high level of service and accuracy.
