Job summary

Daria Kent - State Farm Agent in Chicago seeks an Account Associate to support daily operations, grow the office through meaningful customer relations, and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You will proactively market relevant products and services to improve customers' lives, handle policy changes and inquiries, process claims, and coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance in a fast-paced, community-focused office.
