Account Associate Sales Representative

Our State Farm Exclusive Agency is seeking an enthusiastic, career-minded individual to join our successful sales team. As an Account Associate Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing our Auto, Homeowner's, Life, and Health insurance business. We are a fast-paced State Farm Agency located in Malvern, and we need a goal-oriented, hardworking individual to help us expand our market share.

Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Requirements:

• Property and Casualty License (Required)
• Life and Health License (Preferred)
• Bi-lingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus but not required
• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and listening
