Qualifications

• Comfortable initiating conversations and making outbound calls.
• Friendly, confident, and professional communication.
• Dependable and consistent with follow-up.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working toward measurable goals.
• Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, appointment-setting, call-center, or similar experience is helpful but not required.
• Previous insurance experience is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers, former customers, and leads
• Reconnect with former customers and previous prospects to identify new opportunities
• Follow up consistently with leads and interested prospects
• Generate interest and schedule appointments or next steps with licensed team members
• Maintain accurate notes and organized follow-up lists
• Support agency lead-generation, marketing, and sales campaigns
• Communicate professionally and create a positive first impression of our agency
• Work toward agreed-upon outreach, appointment, and opportunity goals
