Rob Perelmuter - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Associate to support daily operations, grow the agency through customer relations, and act as a liaison between customers and internal teams.

You will proactively market relevant insurance products, manage accounts, and assist with policy changes while delivering excellent service to a diverse client base in New York. This role offers growth opportunities and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual in Russian, Cantonese or Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
