Qualifications

• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
• Prospecting and client outreach to help grow network thru omni-channel distribution of State Farm Products
• Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
