Job summary

Würth Industry North America seeks an Account Applications Engineer to act as the main technical contact across the organization, supporting customers and internal teams. You will address application issues, drive cost reduction, and assist in ECN reviews, line walks, and on-site visits.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Engineering, CAD experience, and strong communication skills, plus willingness to travel up to 30% to support customers and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Experience with fastener products/applications a plus.
• Strong communication skills to relay information to customers and partners.
• Proficient in MS Office; CAD experience a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main technical contact across the organization for customers and internal teams.
• Identify application issues and cost reduction opportunities.
• Consult on product applications and provide demonstrations.
• Support ECN review, line walks/teardowns, and on-site visits.
• Train intercompany and customer teams; assist quality on failures.
• Support the sales process with customer visits and presentations.
