Primary Responsibilities
The Account Analyst assists both the KeHE Account Management team and Customer’s personnel with the compilation, processing, and analysis of data. This role is accountable for successful execution entry into our Advanced Order Management (AOM) system. Accountabilities are accomplished through working cooperatively to foster an environment consistent with the KeHE Mission and Values.
Essential Functions
- Support the Account initiatives by providing thorough and accurate reporting
- End-to-end event input into Advanced Order management (AOM) system including master events and store ship order allocations
- Leveraging relationships with KeHE cross-functional personnel including clear expectations and transparency
- Provide analytical support for the Customer Account team
- Manage cross-functional collaboration with KeHE Customer Care as needed for the store order changes
- Manage calculation and execution of promotions, price changes, cost changes, item maintenance, and other information regarding sales and marketing activities.
Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude
- Bachelor’s degree preferred: Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or Analytics preferred
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize a high volume of work and meet pressing time requirements.
- Experience with AS400 systems/NTS and PowerBI in strongly preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required. This includes advance formulas and V look ups, tables and formatting, conditional formatting, charting, pivot tables and reporting.
