Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking an Accommodation Team Lead Consultant to guide a team handling leave of absence and accommodation requests. The role focuses on ADA/ADAAA compliance and delivering tailored solutions that minimize risk while enabling associates to perform essential functions.

You will partner with Legal, HR, and Technology to drive strategic improvements and ensure accurate documentation and escalation handling. Onsite work model is in place for many roles.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting leave of absence and ADA accommodations, including knowledge of ADAAA, EEOC guidance, accessibility requirements, and FMLA.
• Strong consultative, interpersonal, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
• Proven ability to manage complex, high‑volume, sensitive cases with professionalism and discretion.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills for multiple priorities.
• Coaching and mentoring without direct supervision to others.
• Strong analytical skills balancing compliance, associate experience, and business needs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with tailored documentation.
• Experience leading or supporting strategic initiatives, vendor partnerships, or enterprise‑level improvements.
• Proven track record in resolving escalations and driving compliance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Accommodations/Leave Advisors and provide subject-matter leadership.
• Ensure ADA/ADAAA compliance and EEOC guidelines across processes.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Legal, HR, and Technology to influence outcomes.
• Identify and implement reasonable accommodation solutions to enable associates' core functions.
• Shape strategies promoting accessibility and inclusion across Fidelity.
