• Deliver Nordstrom's 5-Point Selling Standard in every customer interaction.
• Build and grow a personal customer base through in-store and outreach activities.
• Offer honest, confident style and fit feedback to earn trust and drive loyalty.
• Set and achieve personal sales goals and stay accountable to results.
• Keep the department customer-ready with stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and inventory participation.
• Stay current on product knowledge and trends as a trusted style resource.
• Collaborate with the team, show up for shifts, and support department success.
• Utilize Follow Up 2-2-2, Nordy Club enrollment, and Personal Book for personalized outreach.
