You’ll help customers feel good and look their best across jewelry, handbags, accessories, and more, using fashion knowledge to educate on features and brand differences. You will deliver exceptional service, build relationships, and meet personal and department sales goals while staying flexible for evenings, weekends, and peak periods.

Responsabilités

• Deliver Nordstrom's 5-Point Selling Standard in every customer interaction: Say Hello, Small Talk, Be Helpful & Sell, Fashion Authority, Follow-up.
• Build and grow a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools.
• Offer honest, confident style and fit feedback that earns trust and drives loyalty.
• Set and achieve personal sales goals, and stay accountable to results.
• Keep the department customer-ready, including stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, merchandise recovery, and inventory counts.
• Stay current on product knowledge and trends to serve as a trusted style resource.
• Show up for your team every shift, communicate openly, and support a productive department.
