Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a passionate sales associate to help customers feel good and look their best. In Jewelry, Handbags, Accessories & Luggage, you’ll use your fashion knowledge to recommend items and educate customers on features, materials, and brand differences.

You will deliver the 5-Point Selling Standard, build a personal customer base, and stay flexible to work evenings, weekends, and peak periods while meeting sales goals and contributing to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Nordstrom's 5-Point Selling Standard in every customer interaction: Say Hello, Small Talk, Be Helpful & Sell, Fashion Authority, Follow-up.
• Build and grow a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools
• Offer honest, confident style and fit feedback that earns trust and drives loyalty
• Set and achieve personal sales goals, and stay accountable to results
• Keep the department customer-ready, including stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, merchandise recovery, and participate in bi-annual inventory count
• Stay current on product knowledge and trends to serve as a trusted style resource
• Show up for your team every shift, communicate openly, contribute to a positive team environment, and pitch in to help the department stay productive
• Able to commit to a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods
• Follow Up - Build lasting relationships to drive predictable business by using the 2-2-2 Method, Nordy Club enrollment, and Personal Book
