Disney is seeking a Product Developer in Illinois to support Mickey’s of Glendale product improvement. The role involves building and executing products that meet branding and revenue goals, sourcing artwork from concept to final product for apparel, souvenirs, and internal orders.

Responsibilities include sourcing, artwork development, vendor alignment, production scheduling, and ensuring compliance with safety and federal requirements, while overseeing marketplace performance and merchandising

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years coordinating advertising, marketing activities, product development, and scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles; photography or artistic skill preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and product improvement to meet branding and revenue goals.
• Develop artwork and manage full lifecycle from concept to final product.
• Coordinate vendor sourcing standards and negotiations.
• Maintain timelines, approvals, production scheduling, and releases.
• Ensure products meet protective, reliability, and federal requirements.
• Oversee marketplace performance and coordinate buying activities.
• Support merchandising and in-store visual layout.
• Uphold loss prevention and security policies.
• Lead cross-functional teams and maintain clear communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Photoshop and Illustrator.
