Randa Apparel & Accessories in Chicago is seeking an Accessory Designer to join a creative team designing belts and small leather goods. The designer collaborates with sales, merchandising, and licensed brand partners to create trend-right collections under the design director.

Responsibilities include trend research, developing aesthetically pleasing and functional products, coordinating with licensors and factories, preparing tech packs, and leading initiatives for the AOR brand while

Qualificações

• Degree in Industrial Design or Fashion Design, or equivalent degree/experience.
• 3-5 years of design experience in a fashion design or industrial design field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains awareness of current design trends and competitor research.
• Lead in material, construction, and hardware development and innovation.
• Create trend boards and collateral materials for internal and licensor presentations.
• Designs and creates technical drawings and specs for factory partners.
• Mentor and train designers in technical skills and category knowledge.
