Job summary

Wausau Tile is seeking a hardworking, safety-focused individual for the Accessories Shipping/Receiving department. You will stage, package, crate, and ship products while maintaining accurate inventory and records.

You must read production paperwork, use hand tools and measuring equipment, and operate machinery as needed. The role requires independent work and teamwork, with responsibilities across staging, packing, and shipping while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read production paperwork.
• Able to operate forklift and other material-handling equipment.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform team lifts.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving.
• Familiar with MES and XA computer systems.
• Commitment to safety and proper lifting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Stage products for shipping and ensure accurate inventory.
• Crate, package, and prepare items for shipment; secure on pallets.
• Perform inventory transactions using MES and XA; manage transfers and inspections.
• Load trailers ( vans, flatbeds, Conestoga ) and operate equipment as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping and support other departments as required.
