Job summary

ADH Pathology in West Long Branch, NJ is seeking a Full Time Accessioner Client Services to ensure accurate specimen processing and timely communication with clients and healthcare partners. This overnight role runs Monday–Friday from 8:00 pm to 4:30 am, with occasional weekends.

You will verify documentation, log specimens, resolve discrepancies, and maintain records in our LIS system, supporting compliant, high-quality diagnostic services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with data entry and accurate record-keeping.
• Excellent communication with clients and healthcare partners.

Responsibilities

• Receive and log incoming patient specimens, verifying documentation and patient information.
• Coordinate with clients and healthcare providers to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain detailed records of accessioning activities in LIS and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with internal teams to prioritize specimen processing and address client concerns.
• Assist in training new staff on accessioning procedures and client service protocols.
