Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• Orchard Harvest LIS data-entry experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents correctly per procedure and HIPAA/PHI safeguards.
• Collect samples including blood and swabs with accuracy and efficiency.
• Label all samples accurately and reflect requisition details.
• Prepare samples for transport to laboratory or courier.
• Maintain required documentation and ensure proper billing forms.
