This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to connect with patients. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and preferably a Phlebotomy Certification along with 5 years of relevant experience. Position Summary

Madison Core Labs is a state-of-the-art full-service independent clinical laboratory, and we are currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Phlebotomist to join our amazing team! Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently collect blood and specimen samples based on facility needs
• Identify patients and their personal information using a form of ID and/or medical records
• Ensure quality and quantity of collected samples
• Label samples correctly and send or deliver for testing
• Answer related patient questions and provide useful information
• Adhere to all health and safety standards while working in the facility and/or traveling
• Follow instructions and other duties as directed by supervisor
