Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with people of various backgrounds, including those with physical, emotional, and developmental disabilities.
• Ability to use a tablet, handheld radio, and learn to operate company software.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate ADA vans, maintain schedule, and complete paperwork (95%).
• Occasional non‑driving duties such as vehicle washing and attending safety meetings (5%).
• Assist passengers entering and exiting the vehicle, inspect the vehicle before, during, and after the shift, complete required documentation, operate equipment, and comply with drug and alcohol testing requirements.
