Qualifications

• Dexterity, mobility, endurance, and hand-body coordination required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office environment.
• Quality minded with a strong work ethic.
• Digital printer experience preferred (min 2 years).
• Production environment experience (min 2 years).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Post-offer, pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain digital printers to produce high-quality printed materials.
• Monitor printing processes and troubleshoot issues.
• Operate cutter and creasing machines; finish materials.
• Pack and prepare orders for shipping; label and coordinate with shipping.
• Keep records of shipped orders and update the system.
• Perform quality control and report defects.
• Assist in production-related tasks and support team goals.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and comply with safety procedures.
