Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Comply with all company and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Prepare environments for renovation and protect furnishings and materials.
• Perform interior and exterior renovations including walls, doors, windows, ramps, and accessibility features.
• Assist with setup of renovated homes by organizing supplies in kitchens and storage areas.
• Verify appliances and essential home functions operate safely; report deficiencies.
• Maintain a professional, clean, and organized job site reflecting Beacon’s standards.
• Vet and monitor vendors performing work to meet Beacon safety and regulatory expectations.
