Job summary

CSUMB seeks an Accessibility Technologist IV to lead the university’s digital accessibility program, serving as ATI Compliance Coordinator and liaison to CSU Chancellor’s Office. You will guide remediation across web, documents, and ICT procurement, while mentoring staff and coordinating cross-departmental accessibility initiatives.

Ideal candidates have five years of related experience, expert knowledge of WCAG, and proven ability to manage high-impact projects with vendors and campus partners.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in a related field and five years of relevant experience.
• Experience with digital accessibility testing and remediation.
• Leadership experience coordinating complex accessibility programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital content and instructional materials accessibility remediation program.
• Develop scalable remediation workflows and QA practices.
• Lead automated and manual accessibility testing across websites and documents.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve accessibility barriers and provide guidance.
