Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working with students with disabilities.
• Previous work-related experience with assistive support technologies.
• Considerable experience using student information system.
• Work related administrative experience.
• Previous work in an office environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide overview of procedures and services for students with disabilities.
• Review and manage files to ensure accuracy and availability of documentation for students with disabilities.
• Provide assistive technology services and train students as needed.
• Provide case management and data entry for students during intake appointments.
• Operate, manage, and track inventory of assistive technology equipment.
• Coordinate installation and maintenance of computer-based assistive technology with IT staff.
• Coordinate and train students to utilize ASL remote services and report services.
• Proctor students for testing accommodations.
• Maintain student database and prepare statistics reports.
• Plan and coordinate study skills, time management, and mental health workshops.
