Job summary

Roseman University of Health Sciences seeks a Dental Patient Access Specialist to welcome patients, manage scheduling and registrations, and verify insurance. You’ll coordinate with the CODM guidelines to ensure timely appointments and a smooth patient journey.

You’ll join a fast-paced clinic environment, providing exceptional service and maintaining precise records while supporting providers and staff across the patient care continuum.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Spanish and English required.
  • Experience in dental/medical office preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and register patients with efficiency and care.
  • Verify insurance and coordinate care in line with CODM guidelines.
  • Manage provider schedules and patient flow.
  • Assist with patient communications and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records and registrations.
