Job summary

Maricopa County Community College District’s Disability Resources and Support Services team is seeking a full-time Student Services Analyst at Mesa Community College to coordinate accessibility services for students with hearing impairments. The analyst will arrange and manage sign-language interpreters and other communication access services in classrooms, events, and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Two years of student services or college teaching experience, or experience coordinating programs.
• Knowledge of accessibility and accommodations for students with disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sign-language interpreters and other communication access services in classrooms, events, and meetings.
• Advocate for student rights and access to services under applicable laws.
• Coordinate with healthcare and service providers and guidance to students and families.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of accommodations and interactions.
• Provide academic accommodations and guidance to an assigned caseload of students.
