Job summary

National Seating & Mobility, Inc. seeks a proactive coordinator to manage Access installation projects and develop referral sources. You will conduct home evaluations, prepare quotes for customers and insurers, and ensure timely delivery and setup of equipment.

The role requires customer education on usage, safety, and financial aspects, with attention to documentation and compliance. You will collaborate with branch teams and technicians to prepare equipment for installation or repairs,

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with branch team members to oversee and complete all Access installation projects.
• Develop new referral sources and customers through professional presentations to local referral sources and medical personnel; utilize ethical avenues to create and maintain business; complete proper home evaluations for equipment recommendations.
• Ensure home evaluations are completed and orders entered timely; document and forward all necessary customer intake information to branch administration.
• Assist in timely completion of work orders; research components, calculate and extend equipment prices; prepare quotes for customers, referral sources and insurers; provide follow-up on work orders for timely receipt and delivery.
• Deliver equipment to customers in a timely and proper manner.
• Educate customers on equipment use, safety and financial considerations; ensure documentation and signatures are obtained.
• Coordinate with Technician or Regional Processing Center to prepare equipment for installation or repairs; follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, techniques, and clinical skills necessary to complete responsibilities.
• Maintain knowledge of NSM policies and procedures including Infection Control and Equipment Management policies.
• Provide support with quarterly physical inventory count as needed.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Utilizes all appropriate, ethical, and legal avenues to create and maintain business. Completes proper home evaluations to ensure appropriate recommendations for equipment that will best serve the customer’s specific need.


• Ensures home evaluations are completed and orders are entered in a timely manner and that all necessary customer intake information is documented and forwarded to the appropriate branch administration.


• Assists in the timely completion of work orders which may involve but is not limited to research of components, calculation, and extension of equipment prices, responding to requests for additional information and preparation of quotes for customers, referral sources and insurance companies. Provides follow-up on work orders to ensure timely receipt and delivery.


• Responsible for ensuring proper and timely delivery of equipment to customer.


• Ensures proper customer education occurs regarding equipment use, safety and financial considerations.


• Ensure that proper customer education occurs throughout the process and proper documentation and signatures are obtained.


• Coordinates with the Technician or Regional Processing Center, as necessary to prepare equipment for installation or repairs. Follows up, as necessary, to ensure customer satisfaction.


• Maintains knowledge of products, services, techniques, and clinical skills necessary to complete responsibilities.


• Maintains knowledge and adheres to NSM’s policies and procedures including Infection Control and Equipment Management policies.
