Job summary

OpenTalent is seeking a Digital QA/Accessibility Testing Analyst to perform manual QA and accessibility testing for websites, portals, and digital experiences, ensuring WCAG 2.2 AA conformance and Section 504/508 compliance. You will collaborate with content, design, development, compliance, and business stakeholders to support release quality and accessible user experiences.

The role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence at least three days per week with core days on Tuesdays and Wednesdays,

Qualifications

Experience executing manual QA testing on websites and digital portals.
Experience testing for WCAG 2.2 AA and Section 504/508 compliance.
Ability to create and manage defects with clear steps and evidence.
Strong collaboration with content, design, development, and compliance teams.

Responsibilities

Execute manual QA testing across websites, portals, and releases.
Test accessibility to verify conformance with WCAG 2.2 AA and applicable standards; identify issues and recommend remediation.
Create, log, and manage defects with reproduction steps, expected vs actual results, and environment details; collaborate through triage and retest.
Conduct cross-browser, cross-device, mobile, and assistive technology testing to ensure accessible experiences.
Partner with content teams, compliance partners, and business stakeholders to identify outdated pages and non-compliant PDFs.
