This professional-level role applies working knowledge of digital accessibility guidelines, assistive technologies, and testing tools to identify defects, document findings, support remediation, and validate fixes across digital platforms. The role partners with content, design, development, compliance, and business stakeholders to support consistent release quality, accessible user experiences, and timely remediation or removal of outdated web content and PDF documents that conflict with accessibility standards, user needs, or contractual requirements.

Work Arrangement:

A minimum bandwidth of 50 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload is required. Those fully remote associates residing in states where service is required by contract, law, or regulation will be allowed to submit for reimbursement.
Responsibilities:
  • Execute manual QA testing across assigned websites, portals, and digital releases; validate requirements, user flows, forms, links, navigation, and functional performance; document test results and elevate release-blocking defects or quality risks as needed.
  • Perform accessibility testing to verify conformance with WCAG 2.2 AA and applicable Section 504/508 standards; identify accessibility issues, recommend remediation approaches, validate fixes, and support accessibility best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Create, log, and manage defects using clear reproduction steps, expected versus actual results, environment details, severity, and supporting evidence; partner with developers and stakeholders through triage, retest, and closure.
