Job summary

Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts invites applications for an Accessibility Programs Fellow. The 10-month fellowship runs Sept/Oct 2026 through June/July 2027, offering up to 20 hours per week at $28/hour, primarily in person with some remote hours.

The Fellow will research best practices, support programs like Relaxed Performances and Passport to the Arts, and design an impactful capstone presented to staff.

Responsibilities

  • Researching, planning and supporting Relaxed Performances, especially welcoming for people who are neurodivergent, and Passport to the Arts, a program for children, teens and adults with disabilities and their families
  • Preparing for and welcoming Lincoln Center Moments participants in a program designed for people with dementia and their caregivers
  • Supporting staffing, registration and correspondence with program participants for access programs
  • Contributing to Access Ambassador program, in-school skill building workshops, and job coaching students during their volunteer front-of-house shifts at Lincoln Center
  • Designing, implementing and analyzing audience feedback
  • Developing new partners, programs, and supports for Access Ambassadors, Passport to the Arts or Lincoln Center Moments
  • Researching, implementing and staffing accommodations for performances
  • Providing administrative departmental support through phone, email and in person at events
