Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts invites applications for an Accessibility Programs Fellow. The 10-month fellowship runs Sept/Oct 2026 through June/July 2027, offering up to 20 hours per week at $28/hour, primarily in person with some remote hours.
The Fellow will research best practices, support programs like Relaxed Performances and Passport to the Arts, and design an impactful capstone presented to staff.
With equal focus on access initiatives and professional development, the goal of this Fellowship is to educate the next generation of leaders in the accessibility field while providing a bridge between academic research and practice at LCPA. This fellow will work collaboratively across departments to support accessibility initiatives, including Access Ambassadors, a job training and skills building program for teens with developmental disabilities; Passport to the Arts, which offers free programs for children, teens, and adults with disabilities; and Lincoln Center Moments, a performance and workshop series for individuals with dementia and their caregivers. The Fellow will research best practices in programs and outreach for disability populations and meet with leaders in the field. In addition to contributing to ongoing projects, and access to professional development and mentoring, the Fellow will complete a capstone project that demonstrates innovation in program development that will be presented to staff.
