Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, Inc. in New York, NY invites applications for an Accessibility Programs Fellow.

This 10‑month fellowship offers up to 20 hours per week at $28/hour, with most work in person and some remote hours, from Sept/Oct 2026 to June/July 2027. The Fellow will support Access Ambassadors, Passport to the Arts, and Lincoln Center Moments while researching best practices and completing a capstone project.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate is a current or recent graduate in Disability Studies, Special Education, Social Work, Museum Studies/Education, or related fields.
• Candidates with personal or professional experience with disability are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Access Ambassadors program, in-school skill-building workshops, and job coaching for students during their volunteer front-of-house shifts at Lincoln Center.
• Assist with Passport to the Arts program and Lincoln Center Moments events for people with dementia and their caregivers.
• Contribute to researching, planning, staffing, registration and correspondence with program participants for access programs.
• Design, implement and analyze audience feedback; develop partnerships and supports for access programs.
