Job summary

Lifeway is seeking an Accessibility Installation Technician to install and service accessibility products in Wichita, KS, with travel to Kansas City, MO and Omaha, NE. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturday overtime and paid training.

Responsibilities include loading the vehicle, installing ramps and lifts, explaining projects to customers, and entering work orders. Opportunities for bonuses exist based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background in construction, carpentry, HVAC, solar or related trades is a plus.
• Ability to pass background check, drug test and MVR.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Load the company vehicle each morning.
• Install and repair accessibility products including ramps, stair lifts, and ceiling lifts.
• Explain the project to the customer and answer questions.
• Enter work orders and inventory data into our system.
• Receive paid manufacturer training and hands-on learning.
• Work independently or as part of a two-person team.
• Jobs may range from a few hours to a few days; no overnight travel required.
• Occasional Saturday overtime available.
