Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of field work experience.
• Experience mentoring or informally leading less experienced technicians.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Basic computer skills for work orders and inventory.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair accessibility products (wheelchair ramps, stair lifts, ceiling lifts).
• Explain the project to the customer and answer questions.
• Enter work orders and inventories in the system.
• Receive paid manufacturer training and hands-on learning to develop skills.
• Work independently or as part of a two-person team.
• Communicate issues or delays to the office/manager.
